A Yoga Story By: Savina Brown   “Yoga? I tried it once, but it wasn’t for me.” “Don’t you need to be flexible to do yoga? I can barely touch my toes.”   When I inquire about one’s yoga experience, I can almost always guarantee I will receive some variation of either of these responses. The funny thing is that I, myself now a yoga instructor, have even used a version of these in my pre-yoga days. We all seem to have the misconception that all yoga is the same and that you need to be some kind of Cirque du Soleil performer in order to do it. Neither of these is true! The day is finally here!  Tonight we will be celebrating the best part of our gym; YOU!!  We have been looking forward and preparing for this day for 2 months now and we are excited to announce that there is over 120 members coming to the Ace’s game tonight to celebrate our Double Edge community!
