Living with a toddler who loves to put her hands into her mouth, we are constantly fighting germs in our household. Recently I have been getting sick out of the ordinary. Which influenced me to try bone broth, and cold shower. With the temperature dropping to 15 degrees the second one has been eliminated from my routine. Join us at Double Edge South on Saturday March 9th at 9:30am as we participate in the 2019 Maltz challenge. The Maltz challenge is a fitness test that was created by the DEA to pay tribute to the fallen heroes from all branches of the military. There is no cost to this event and is open to all levels of fitness and experience so bring your family and friends!
