Cooking great meals isn’t always easy.  Put some constrictions such as no sugar, milk, wheat etc.. then making dinner can become very exhausting just to think about it!  So what do you do?  You look up recipes using the website, talking to friends and sharing the meals that turned out good! At Double Edge we have created a Paleo Cookbook for everyone who wants to share their recipes!  All you need to do is either print out the recipe online or write it down on a piece a paper and put it in the book to share!  Sabrina will keep the cookbook up front just in case you need help printing anything out or writing anything down. We are half way through the Paleo Challenge and can finally start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!   To help us through the finish line we will be having Paleo Nick show us the tricks of the trade when it comes to the Paleo lifestyle and will also share some treats with us as well! With the Lurong Living Paleo challenge finished it is now purely a waiting game to see if we had what it took to overcome the deficit from 2nd to first.  Currently Double Edge is sitting in 2nd place behind Welded 716 who has over a 200 point lead.   We will not have definitive answer to who will be crowned the 2014 challenge champion until the end of the week.
