I like to do this for so many reasons: Number one: I am able to count my blessings and all the things I am grateful for as a new year is about to begin. Ron and his wife Melanie have been a part of the Double Edge Community for over a year and a half now. Taking big strides in his training this year he competed in his first Welded competition at New Kids in the Box, then later on took on another one competing at Metcon for Hope.
