Cecy’s Welded Story – Getting Out of the Comfort Zone Five months ago I joined Double Edge, the most amazing cross fit place in town. I never thought I would fall in love with working out. I always would do other things, perhaps going to the gym but, I never pushed myself, I never wanted to get out of my comfort zone. Double Edge has changed me. I love the personal trainers, they ALL have such knowledge and they are so passionate about teaching you the right techniques, and making sure you are doing it the right way. It is so fun, everybody is friendly and encouraging when you are the last one trying to finish the work out. Every week I feel stronger, I know the more I do it the better I will get. You have nothing to lose by trying, but you will gain confidence, strength and feeling physically and...

We are less than a week away until the Lurong Living Paleo Challenge and we are only 18 people away from hitting our goal of 60 members!  If you haven’t signed up yet go to www.lurongliving.com/challenge and join us!  If you have signed up there are a couple things that you need to do before the challenge starts.  One of those things is to get your measurements and weight! Getting your measurements and weight is one of the requirements of the challenge.  Starting this week we will begin with early measurements and weigh ins.  Sabrina will be doing all the measurements for the women and Joel or any other male trainer will be doing the measurements for the men.  We will be having a measurement and weigh in day on the 13th and 20th in which we will be measuring from 9am to 11am. Starting this week we are introducing our Master’s class.  No this does not mean we are pulling out our 3 irons and practicing to make it to the next tour.  This class is specifically designed for any 40-60+ individuals who are looking for a change from the normal class structure.  In this class we will still have a designed workout and strength portion like a normal group class but we will be spending more time on mobility before and after to help with any restrictions. The master’s class will be taught by our “senior” trainer Arthur Anderson every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30am.   If you are interested in joining this class you can contact [email protected] or just come and show up!  We look forward to growing this class and invite anyone who is interested to give it a try!   GROUP CLASS WORKOUT   Warm Up: 3 Rounds...
