The day has finally arrived!   Today is the first day of the two day Hell of The West Welded competition!   We have over 26 athletes who have qualified for the finals including coaches Leo, Jacob, Alvie, Sabrina and Derek.   The competition will be taking place at the GSR at the bottom ball room starting with novice women at 11:30.   Spectator passes are $10 a day or only 5$ if you wear your Hell of The West tshirt that you got from competing. After 6 weeks of workouts and “clean eating” we have made it to the home stretch of the 2014 Lurong Living Paleo Challenge!   Its now time to see how much we have improved through the final “benchmark” workouts along with our body measurements and weight.  There is a total of 600 points possible with the “Performance Improvements” which is more than half of the total points for the 8 weeks of tracking your diet (1,008).  Needless to say these next 2 weeks are going to be what makes or breaks us! Is five times a week too many? There is a right way and a wrong to approaching your workouts and how many times a week you should attend class.
