Warm Up:

2 Rounds 15 PVC PT, 20 situps, 10 burpees

 

Strength:

Find 1RM Hang Power Clean (12 Minutes)

Lean: 12 Minute EMOM

4 Hang Power Cleans

 

Metcon:

Welded & Welded Lean

 

Repeat WOD 3/12/15

20 Min AMRAP

5 Pull ups

10 Pushups

15 Air Squats

 

Mobility:

Pre – Banded Hip Extension

Post – 5 minute cool down on bike
