Strength:

7×2+1 TnG Power Snatch+OH Squat

Lean: 7×4 Hang Power Snatch (Every 1:15)

Welded Lean

For Time:

100 Wall Balls 20/14

30 Power Cleans @135/95

10 MU/25 C2B/40 Pull Ups

 

Mobility:
