Workout And Words For September 25th – Paleo Cookbook

Cooking great meals isn’t always easy.  Put some constrictions such as no sugar, milk, wheat etc.. then making dinner can become very exhausting just to think about it!  So what do you do?  You look up recipes using the website, talking to friends and sharing the meals that turned out good!

At Double Edge we have created a Paleo Cookbook for everyone who wants to share their recipes!  All you need to do is either print out the recipe online or write it down on a piece a paper and put it in the book to share!  Sabrina will keep the cookbook up front just in case you need help printing anything out or writing anything down.

Cooking can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be with the right recipes and the support of your friends!
