Workout And Words For June 27th

The time has finally arrived!  The Double Edge team is off to South Lake Tahoe to show off #allkindsofgains at the Fittest of The Sierra’s Presented by Nature’s Bakery.  Competition begins early Saturday morning at 8am with the women’s thruster ladder.  The strength ladder is the premier event of this competition and will be sure to please all spectators!

The competition will continue throughout the day with two other workouts, with the last workout ending at around 4pm.  We suggest to make a weekend out of it and stay up at one of the many hotels in South Lake Tahoe because competition begins again early Sunday morning at 8am!
