Why Welded Kids

It is summer time!  The sun is shining and the kids are out of school. This brings up every parents dilemma. What do you do with the kids to keep them busy and active during the summer? The simple answer is to enroll them into Double Edge Fitness’s KidFit July program.  It’s a whole month of one work out, every day.  Hesitant about signing them up? Don’t be.

If you have never heard of Welded Kids before you might be a little nervous about signing up your child for it. We are here to let you know of all the benefits of the Welded Kids program. First off our priority is to help your kids develop a love of fitness that they will take with them their whole lives. In the KidFit business we are in the process of shaping lives, not changing them. We want your kids to enjoy working out and being active as much as you do.

Your kid’s safety and wellbeing is our number one priority. That is why we will make sure to work on the fundamentals and teach them to have the best technique possible. KidFit does not involve using any weights or barbells. We want the kids to be active learning the nine basic Welded movements with the best technique possible. The weight will come once they enroll in the Welded Teens class.

So what other benefit does your child get by participating in KidFit July? Your child will not only be active but will also see other benefits as well. Physical activity has been linked to higher scores in school, decrease in behavior issues, improvement in social skills, and over all higher quality of life. We want to make sure they are growing not just in a fitness capacity but in a life capacity as well.

Are there negatives to Welded Kids or participating in our KidFit July program? Well your child might want to nap afterwards; also they might become addicted to fitness. So honestly there are no negatives that we can come up with.
