MetCon 4 Hope Recap

This past Saturday marked our 3rd Annual Metcon 4 Hope fundraising competition in which we raised money for A New Song International. The goal was to raise $20,000 dollars in which we surpassed, raising over $33,000 dollars in just about two weeks time!

With this money A New Song International will be able to provide food, medical care, education and give the ability to build a self-sustaining infrastructure that will not only benefit the children of Uganda but also provide assistance to surrounding communities.

Along with raising money for A New Song International we also gave away $5,000 to other non-profits including the SPCA, Soldiers Angels, Nevada Humane Society, Veterans Guest House and the Eddy House.

We are so grateful for all the support we received not only from our Double Edge Community but the surrounding Welded gyms who came out to support. Metcon 4 Hope wouldn’t have been possible without the support and hard work of all our volunteers who undoubtedly made this our best competition yet.
