Beep! Beep! Beep! Beeeeeep! Monday morning ugh. I just want to sleep all day. My job sucks. I didn’t sleep well. I am sick. My co-workers are so annoying. These are all thoughts which cross our mind on a daily basis. You can let these thoughts infect you like a disease. You can become that person at work. The one who is always complaining about something. The person who you just want to get away from because they are so negative. They are life suckers. Or you can do something about it.
You can choose to be happy and have a positive influence on others. Yes life can be very challenging and sometimes downright depressing. Everyone has their own struggles. Whether is it body image, credit card debt, divorce, or even a dying relative. We cant change the struggle and challenges that our thrown at us, but we can change one little thing.

No one can be happy all the time. It is near impossible! But we can choose to have a positive attitude and try to find the good things in life. We get blinded by focusing on the negative things in our life and we forget how good life can be. Be thankful for your life! The chances of you actually existing our 1 in over a trillion!
Life is too short to be bitter, unhappy, or jealous of what our people have. It is a choice we all must make everyday when the alarm goes off. What choice will you make? What impact will you have on some ones else’s life? Will you be a negative destructive draining force? Or will you be a positive uplifting person who helps those around them? Our attitude is contagious. Be careful what you spread.
