Starting this week we are introducing our Master’s class. No this does not mean we are pulling out our 3 irons and practicing to make it to the next tour. This class is specifically designed for any 40-60+ individuals who are looking for a change from the normal class structure. In this class we will still have a designed workout and strength portion like a normal group class but we will be spending more time on mobility before and after to help with any restrictions.
The master’s class will be taught by our “senior” trainer Arthur Anderson every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30am. If you are interested in joining this class you can contact [email protected] or just come and show up! We look forward to growing this class and invite anyone who is interested to give it a try!
