Trent Soares

Trent is a Level 1 Welded instructor and former collegiate baseball player from the University of Nevada Reno.  Trent is originally from the Big Island of Hawaii who came to Nevada to pursue his dreams as a college baseball player while earning a degree in Community Health Sciences.

Playing baseball for the University of Nevada has given him the experience of high-end competition as well as top of the line strength and conditioning methods for professionals. As a former wolf-pack athlete, he understands the community aspect of Reno and looks to generate the same energy into everyday classes.

 

Along with his athletic experience and education Trent brings the positive atmosphere of the islands into the gym that can ,make any class feel the Aloha spirit!

30/30 for 4 min on machine

2 Rounds 15 PVC PT, 15 sit ups, 10 pushups

 

Strength:

Advanced Find 1RM Squat Clean

Dynamic Find 1RM Power Clean

Foundational: Practice Power Cleans for 14 Minutes
