Coach/Owner/President Derek Wellock says he specializes in having a good time. “Fitness is supposed to be recess for adults, and I strive to make sure when I am working with people they are having a good time getting healthy,” he says.
Derek’s favorite quote is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.” “The parallels between fitness and faith are awesome,” he says. “Taking a new person who is scared of a class and coach lead environment and having the ability to guide, teach, and empower them to have the confidence to come in and change their lives is the most rewarding thing I get to do every single day.
