Slow Roasted Whole Chicken

Salt Whole Chicken with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
* Add Fresh Cracked Pepper
* Baste Chicken with Fresh Lime
* Stuff with fresh garlic cloves, thyme and multi colored carrots
* Add additional cloves, rosemary and carrots to outside of chicken in pan
– Preheat Oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit 
– Cover chicken with foil 
– Place in oven for 1-1.5 hours or until chicken is golden brown and carrots well cooked (Last 15 minutes remove foil)
– Baste chicken every 20 minutes with chicken stock for the first hour
– Once fully cooked, let it rest for 10-20 minutes 
– Dish up and enjoy!
