This room is set up for members who want to put intentional effort into their health and recovery. In this room, we have a 4 person dry sauna, cold plunge set to 47 degrees, Nomatec boots with hips and arm attachments, Theraguns, and various other mobility and recovery tools.

This room is meant to cater to a select group of individuals, and a separate membership is required. It is only open for current Double Edge Members to join, and the intention is to keep the group here small and give our members the availability and freedom to spend time relaxing and recovering in a tranquil environment.
