I’ve been coaching CrossFit since 2014, and what started as a passion quickly turned into a lifelong career. Before CrossFit, I was a competitive gymnast, which gave me a strong foundation in body awareness, discipline, and athleticism—skills I now love helping others develop.
In 2016, I had the incredible opportunity to compete at CrossFit Regionals, which deepened my respect for the sport and the community it builds. While I love the technical side of coaching—helping athletes move better, get stronger, and hit new PRs—my favorite part of the job is simple: I get to hang out with my friends every day. Our members are more than clients—they’re my people.
