“Morgan first came to the gym with very little strength training background but by no means was a slouch to fitness. She had recently finished running the annual Ragnar race up in Lake Tahoe and exercised weekly but lacked some general strength. Fast forward less than a year and she is stronger than she ever has been, setting weekly PR’s and literally carrying around her coach with ease!
