10 Russian kettlebell swings
10 goblet squats
5 kettlebell push press (each arm)

Strength: Back Squat (every 2:00)
7×3 (choose weight) + 5 handstand push ups or 20 double unders

MetCon:
Welded & Welded Lean:
7 minute AMRAP
7 hang cleans (95#/65#)
7 shoulder to overhead (95#/65#)
30 double unders
Scaled: 30 singles + 4 burpees
