4 Rounds: 30 sec plank, 12 air squats 12 situps

Adv: 30 second Handstand Hold

FInish with: 15 PVC PT, GM 20 leg swings each

 

Skills:

Rope Climbs, OHS, HSPU, Double Unders

16 Minutes

 

Metcon:

Welded & Welded Lean

Jump Switch Lunges
Thrusters 75/55
Assault Bike

 

Mobility Of The Day: Super Frog (pg. 342)

Improves: Knee out position, bottom of the squat
