Calling all postpartum moms (6 weeks and beyond)! Join a supportive and empowering fitness class designed to prioritize your physical and emotional well-being while connecting with other moms. Held at Double Edge Fitness South (6450 South Virginia Street), this 6-week program offers 2 sessions per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 AM, starting the week of March 3rd. Bring your baby along for a child-friendly, inclusive environment that fosters healing, growth, and community.

Our program emphasizes breath work, deep core healing, pelvic floor coordination, and strength training, addressing the unique needs of postpartum moms. Experience physical benefits like improved core strength, enhanced pelvic floor health, better hormone regulation, and increased flexibility, while also enjoying the mental and emotional boost of reduced postpartum depression symptoms, better sleep, and meaningful social interaction.
