Our Classes

These are the classes that will feed your fire. Fun, functional and full of excitement, you’re going to love how our classes make you look and feel. We make sure to keep class sizes below 18 with up to 3 coaches in each class, it’s all part of the personal approach to fitness we’re famous for.
  • CrossFit

    This is our most popular class and encompasses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. You will be asked to perform the basic elements which include weightlifting, mono-structural cardio, and gymnastic movements such as a pull up. Each class starts with a skill-based warm-up and moves on to skill or strength training, followed by a MetCon workout, then finishing with a cool down and mobility work. Each MetCon varies and consists of a 10-20 minute workout that combines several movements or exercises grouped into sets. Each MetCon will be measurable by either time or rounds, giving you the ability to test and retest your fitness. The CrossFit course is offered Monday through Friday and Saturday morning.

  • Weightlifting

    Our Olympic Weightlifting class is held once a week on Saturday morning for athletes who are interested in developing their technique and skill in the snatch and the clean & jerk. The one hour class will focus solely on Olympic and auxiliary lifts that will help develop efficiency and coordination in the snatch, clean and jerk and other related lifts.

  • CrossFit Accessory

    Our CrossFit accessory class is designed to correct imbalances through isolated movements that will help to increase the main lifts such as your squat, deadlift, snatch and jerk. This 1 hour class focuses on using equipment and techniques that cannot be utilized in a large group setting to help you gain overall power and strength.

  • Masters CrossFit

    Our Master’s program is specifically designed around the needs of our older athletes.  Our daily focuses include mobility, flexibility, joint strength, mechanics, nutrition, overall strength and endurance.  Unlike our normal large group classes, our masters CrossFit class is smaller to provide assistance and modifications to any movement or workout to help provide a safe and comfortable space for our older members who are looking for the benefits of CrossFit.  For more information about our Master’s program please contact

  • Lean

    CrossFit Lean is a revolutionary training program created by the minds at Double Edge Fitness. CrossFit Lean incorporates the same functional movements that are seen throughout CrossFit but with a specialized focus on burning fat, increasing your cardio and creating strong, lean muscles all within a high-intensity workout! Whether you are looking for something new or want to add some variety to your current fitness, CrossFit Lean can benefit your overall health by lowering body fat percentage, increasing cardiovascular output, building the balance between strength and cardio, teaching you about body mechanics and functional movements, and building confidence.

  • Yoga

    The Double Edge yoga program is designed to provide a challenging yet well-rounded environment for both the yogi and the traditional CrossFit athlete alike. Based on the Vinyasa yoga style, which literally means linking breath with movement, our classes focus on cultivating a mind-body connection all while building strength, increasing flexibility, and finding balance in our mind, body, and soul. Through participation, you will positively influence your body’s physical response to stress, allowing you to perform better, experience less soreness, and reduce the risk of injury. All classes are scalable to a variety of skill levels and offered in a comfortable and light-hearted atmosphere.

  • Personal Training

    Double Edge personal training is what defines us. You will receive a personally programmed fitness plan to help you develop your goals and a defined path on how to get there.  Personal training provides you with one-on-one instruction from one of our highly qualified coaches and is focused on your individual success. Check out personal training for all the following needs: Fitness and health goals, post rehabilitation, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and movement and performance assessment.
