One of Dawn's favorite quotes is "people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care" and that's why she believes in the mission and values Double Edge stands behind. “I love teaching people how yoga will always meet you where you are. The physical benefits that ensure safety and enhance performance of your workouts are endless – but my favorite part is how yoga creates amazing changes in people off their mat. Yoga gives you the tools to build a stronger body and mind.”

I found CrossFit about five years ago and still get butterflies before each WOD. CrossFit brings out my passion to be my best version of myself – I love seeing others achieve goals and improve. CrossFit makes me better at life – confident, patient and persistent. Yoga, on the other hand, is a reminder that, while my spirit is young, my physical self needs to spend time on recovery, stretching, injury prevention and mind body connection. I think the combination of the two activities complement each other wonderfully and I hope to find you in both places as well!
