Workout And Words For July 25th – Welded Games

The games are in full effect and Saturday will be a full day of Welded coverage!  The first event starts at 9am with the team chipper and continues throughout the day!  We will be watching the games here at Double Edge after the group class workouts and invite anyone who wants to hang out and watch the games to bring a beverage of choice and a comfy beach chair (unless you want to pedal on the assault bike the entire time!).
