You can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet. Most people know that good nutrition and physical activity go hand in hand to maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight. But the benefits of good nutrition go beyond that. Our bodies are designed to function on a premium blend of fuels and nutrients. With so much mixed information online it’s hard to know the right kind of food and the right amounts you need to achieve the results you want. But here’s a secret, there is no “right” or “one size fits all” diet. At Double Edge Fitness we tailor a nutrition plan that is right for YOU. One that fits your goals, body type and lifestyle. Whether you are looking to lose fat, increase your performance and/or gain muscle, we will guide you on the right foods and the correct amounts you need to eat to achieve the results you want. We have designed a teaching program to build lifelong skills by using Habit Based Nutrition methods without the stress of “dieting”. In fact, we hate “diets”. About eighty percent of people who use quick-fix diets gain all the weight back or more within two years (usually less). The reality is quick fix diets don’t work! They can do exactly the opposite of what you hope. They may work short term but never long term. Quick fix diets are usually too extreme for people to maintain which is why people tend to gain the weight back plus some. With Double Edge Nutrition we will work together to make a lifestyle change that is maintainable with your life to create long term changes.

NUTRITION PACKAGES

 

FULLY CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLAN ($50):

– A 7 Day Meal Plan that is fully customized based on the foods you like/dislike and the products/supplements you take.

– Type of Meal Plan is based on your goals, body mass, age, weight, height and activity level which are assessed by completing a short questionnaire.

*Does not include ongoing support or changes to your meal plan. If you decide to purchase 1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching after receiving your meal plan you will receive your first month of Nutrition Coaching at a discounted rate.

 

4 WEEK NUTRITION COACHING JUMP START ($99):

Designed for individuals looking to improve their general nutrition habits.

– An initial consultation with your Nutrition Coach where we will go over your goals and objectives. We will also identify what your current nutritional state is and assess what strategy we will be using going forward.

– Weekly progress reporting to your nutrition coach of the goals and objectives you and your coach set forth that week.

-Weekly reporting of weight, measurements and food log.

– Unlimited communication with your Nutrition Coach.

*You will be required to submit a food log with 3 days of normal eating prior to your initial consultation. Does not include a Meal Plan or Body Composition Analysis.

 

PERSONALIZED 1-ON-1 NUTRITION COACHING (Price depends on duration and is determined during your initial consultation):

Our most popular and best value package. Designed for individuals looking for a specific plan, custom tailored to meet their goals: weight loss, body composition, weight gain, improved gym performance, and/or competitions.

– An initial consultation with your Nutrition Coach where we will go over your goals and objectives. We will also identify what your current nutritional state is and assess what strategy we will be using going forward.

– A fully customized Meal Plan (used as a guide) based on your goals, body mass, age, weight, height and activity level.

– Weekly check-ins with your Nutrition Coach where you will report your weight, measurements and food tracking log. You will also receive feedback from your coach each week.

-Before and after Body Composition Analysis.

– Ongoing adjustments to your numbers as needed.

– During 1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching you will work with your coach to learn how to work in the foods you want to eat each day while reaching your nutrition objectives.

– You and your coach will come up with a maintenance plan once your goals have been reached.

*Personalized 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching is limited to 25 members at this time.

*Payments are set up to recur each month and individuals must give a 30 day notice to terminate your Nutrition Coaching Membership.
