We’re glad to have you as part of the Double Edge Community! “Most don’t know that I actually did Jacob’s intro when we first opened the South location. The workout consisted of sprints on the bike, squats, and push ups. And let me tell you this dude went hard! It was supposed to be an hour, but by the time he recovered, almost two had passed. When he left, I was certain he wouldn’t return. After no response and a few weeks, I had pretty much accepted it wasn’t for him. Fast forward one year later, and he walks through the door as nothing had happened! Now I see him every week, and he loves it! He loves to party and he always works hard. But oftentimes when momentum and motivation are lacking it is easy to let yourself slip, fall behind and lose track of your goals.
