Yes! You do not have to be "in shape" to start our KickStart program. It is designed for men and women of all ages, athletic backgrounds and fitness levels. If you have the dedication, then we have the coaching, nutrition and motivation to get you where you want to be!
Who are we looking for?
If you are brand new to CrossFit, haven't been into the gym in years or just looking for that push to get you started then our KickStart program is made for you! Still not sure if its for you? When does it start?
Right now! Our kickstart program is continuous throughout the year with class running Monday through Thursday. Each KickStart program will be 4 weeks long and can be repeated.
How much is the program?
The program is $199
